  • A Master’s degree (LL.M., M.A. in Law, or equivalent) from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 55% (or 5.5 CGPA).


  • For candidates holding a 10+2+3+3 (B.Sc. + LL.B.) or 10+2+5 (Integrated LL.B.) pathway, a minimum of 55% in the qualifying degree is required.


  • Candidates who have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET), State Level Eligibility Test (SLET), or University Grants Commission (UGC) Ph.D. eligibility are exempted from the entrance examination.
